Kurm Optimizer

Frequently asked questions

Mostly about licensing, because that is what people ask before they buy.

Do I need a licence key?

No. Plans are attached to your Kurm account. Sign in on this site to buy, sign in to Kurm Optimizer with the same account, and the app picks the plan up. There is nothing to copy or paste. Upgrade Key lists the plans.

What happens if I change my hardware?

Nothing changes. Your plan belongs to your Kurm account, not to your motherboard, CPU or Windows install. Sign in to Kurm Optimizer again after the change and your plan is there.

Can I use my plan on another PC?

Yes, by signing in there with the same account. One desktop session can be active per account at a time, so signing in on the new PC signs the earlier one out. Sharing an account is not allowed.

Does the plan check need an internet connection?

Yes, for paid plans. Kurm Optimizer checks your plan with your account. If the connection drops mid-session, your plan stays on until 30 minutes after the last good check. Offline at launch, only the free panels open.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final: we do not give refunds, so try the free panels before you buy. The detail is in the Terms.

My plan has not shown up in the app. What now?

There is no key to wait for: the plan goes on the account you were signed in with when you paid, and it can take a moment to sync. If Kurm Optimizer still shows the old tier after that, click Refresh plan in its Settings, and check it is signed in with the same account. Your plan is also on your account page. Still missing? Contact Customer Service with your account email.

What if I buy the same tier twice?

A second purchase of the tier already running adds 30 days onto the end of it. Different tiers run side by side and the app uses the highest one that is active. Forever never expires.

Is the overclocking safe?

Overclocking carries real risk — instability, data loss, shortened component life, and it typically voids your hardware manufacturer's warranty. The Overclock panel is opt-in and applies nothing unless you choose to. The full notice is in the Terms.
